We are currently looking for qualified Commercial Parts Specialist to join our team in our Las Vegas, NV location.

Work Performed

As the Commercial Parts Specialist, you will work directly with our commercial customers from major accounts to independent commercial business owners. Your goal will be to add to existing business, while cultivating new commercial business. You will be selling commercial truck parts ranging from replacement parts and accessories such as lighting, tool boxes, drawer packs, electronics, and fittings plus full interior van packages including ladders, ladder racks and accessories.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming commercial parts phone calls in a professional manner
  • Research customer needs using FACS, the internet, and vendor resources
  • Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and efficiently using phone, email, and fax
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain interface with our suppliers to ensure high quality products, expedient delivery and dependable service at optimum pricing
  • Quickly control discrepancies and ensure timely resolutions
  • Ability to use a reporting tool for various required reports and complete administrative tasks as needed
  • Treat each customer like they are your “Only” customer, make them feel important
  • Ask for referrals
  • Keep our customer informed of any delay’s, provide tracking numbers and follow-up “After” arrival to ensure their satisfaction
  • Know your customers and help them project their upcoming needs
  • Maintain Cobalt margins and understand all contract pricing
  • Utilize all options for shipment when customers have immediate need
  • Maintain an excellent relationship with all vendors
  • Work seamlessly with all Cobalt branches


  • Handle extremely fast paced and high-pressure environment, Multi Task with ease, strong prioritization skills
  • 5+ years recent commercial parts sales experience
  • Previous experience with monthly sales of $50,000+ preferable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
