We are currently looking for qualified Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Nampa, Idaho location.

Work Performed

As the Front Desk Administrative Assistant, you will be the first impression of Cobalt Truck to any customers, or potential customers, that walk in. You will also provide administrative support to all departments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will operate the main telephone switchboard, maintain the voicemail system, program new extensions, distribute mail and faxes, and handle postage needs as they arise.
  • Reconcile and maintain petty cash
  • Keep schedules and records, such as vehicle maintenance and dealer plate inventory, up to date
  • Act as liaison for suppliers (copier repair & maintenance, cleaning service, telephone service)
  • Schedule and organize company travel
  • Manage office supply inventory
  • Coordinate facility safety (MSO Files, Safety meeting notes, OSHA accident reports)

Requirements

  • Must have experience with a multi-line telephone system
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to stay focused on projects and meet deadlines
  • High School Diploma required
  • Experience in an administrative or clerical setting preferred
